Yumm...

I don't know what got into me today but I just felt like baking up some goodness in the kitchen and ended up quite proud of myself. I baked homemade oreos and banana bread...and they turned out FANTASTIC!! I was surprised. I don't consider myself much of a cook at all and I mentally prepared myself for failure when I started my two projects, but to my satisfaction I happened upon two tasty creations that were the opposite of fail. My family devoured them. I was fun. I'm hoping to keep practicing and get better at cooking and baking. Hopefully it will be fun!
